Meet Mark at the Hurley Town Hall\, Wamsley Place\, Hurley\, NY 12443 (near intersection by Hurley Mountain Inn\, Hurley Post Office\, and Stewart’s Shop) for a 9:00 a.m. start time. The party will carpool to a stretch of the Hurley rail trail or two depending on conditions to scout out birdy locations for the following week’s Christmas Bird Count. After a few hours in the field participants will return to meeting place with lunch at the Hurley Mountain Inn as an option.
