JBNHS NOVEMBER MEETING
November 17 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Come to the last JBNHS members’ meeting of 2022 and enjoy a presentation, Dragon Hunting in the Hudson Valley,
by Frank Beres. Frank is an aquatic ecologist, naturalist, and photographer, as well as a new JBNHS Board member. He
has been discovering and documenting previously unidentified odonates in Ulster County. Check out his website:
https://othernature.smugmug.com/Photography. There will be a brief meeting after Frank’s presentation. The meeting
will be held in the conference room of the Hudson River Maritime Museum’s Wooden Boat School.
The field trips of JBNHS are oriented to nature study. They are free and open to the public. We do, however, sometimes visit sites that charge admission fees, which are the responsibility of the participants. Children are very welcome on field trips, but pets are not. Although there is a brief courtesy waiting period for latecomers, the meeting times are important: please arrive in time to sign up with the leader.
